Maria 선생님과 일년이 조금 넘게 영어수업을 하고 있습니다. 처음에는 CELPIP이라는 영어시험을 준비하면서 수업을 하였고, 지금은 Newsademic이라는 영자신문 코스를 듣고 있습니다. 먼저 제가 하고 있는 Newsademic 코스에 대해 말씀을 드리자면, 매일 올라오는 다양한 방면의 영문기사를 읽고 그 기사에 대해서 선생님과 이야기를 하는 방식의 수업인데요, art/history/c…

Maria 선생님과 일년이 조금 넘게 영어수업을 하고 있습니다. 처음에는 CELPIP이라는 영어시험을 준비하면서 수업을 하였고, 지금은 Newsademic이라는 영자신문 코스를 듣고 있습니다. 먼저 제가 하고 있는 Newsademic 코스에 대해 말씀을 드리자면, 매일 올라오는 다양한 방면의 영문기사를 읽고 그 기사에 대해서 선생님과 이야기를 하는 방식의 수업인데요, art/history/culture/science/hot issue 등 전세계에서 일어나는 다양한 방면에 걸친 주제를 접할 수 있어 영어공부 뿐만 아니라 세계정세에 대한 이해도 높일 수 있고 일반상식도 많이 배울 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 다양한 방면의 어휘도 반복적으로 습득할 수 있어서 좋았구요. 얼마전 뉴스에서 보았던 내용을 영어기사로 접하는 경우도 있어서 더욱더 흥미롭게 읽었던 적도 있었습니다. 다만 전체적인 내용에 대해 선생님과 얘기하기에 20분은 좀 짧은감이 있어서 가능하다면 30분 수업으로 진행하시는게 더 나아보입니다. Maria 선생님은 경력도 많으시고 유명하시죠. 아미고톡 강사 소개란에 똑똑함이라고 적혀있을 정도로 다양한 방면에 상식이 풍부하고 생각도 깊으신 분입니다. 일상 삶에 대해서도 많이 얘기를 하는 편이고 배울 점도 많이 있으세요. 학생들을 가르치는 것에 대한 열정도 대단하셔서 공부를 하겠다고 마음먹으신 분들은 많이 도움을 받으실 수 있을거라 생각합니다. 다들 열심히하셔서 원하시는 목표를 잘 이루시길 응원합니다! 저는 우선 8개월째 수업을 듣는 중입니다. 처음 4개월은 다른 선생님과 수업을 했고, 지금 4개월은 마리아 선생님과 수업을 하고 있습니다. 마리아 선생님으로 바뀌고 처음에는 조금 어렵다고 생각했습니다. 선생님도 느끼셨는지 저에게 맞는 교재로 바꾸자고 하셔서 교재를 바꾸고 나서부터는 수업이 너무너무 재밌습니다. 교재 자체는 그림도 있고 단순하다고 생각했는데, 마리아 선생님은 저에게 맞춤 질문들…

저는 우선 8개월째 수업을 듣는 중입니다. 처음 4개월은 다른 선생님과 수업을 했고, 지금 4개월은 마리아 선생님과 수업을 하고 있습니다. 마리아 선생님으로 바뀌고 처음에는 조금 어렵다고 생각했습니다. 선생님도 느끼셨는지 저에게 맞는 교재로 바꾸자고 하셔서 교재를 바꾸고 나서부터는 수업이 너무너무 재밌습니다. 교재 자체는 그림도 있고 단순하다고 생각했는데, 마리아 선생님은 저에게 맞춤 질문들을 만들어서 수업을 더 풍성하게 진행해주시고, 제가 모르는 단어가 나올때는 알기 쉽게 설명해주십니다. 저는 리스닝에 비해 스피킹이 안되는데, 제가 개똥 같이 말해고 알아들으시고 문장을 교정해주시고, 정리해서 다시 말하게 해주시는 부분이 재밌었습니다. 교재에서 문장 만들어서 이야기를 해야할때도 간단하게 문장 구조를 설명해죽시고, 예시문도 항상 먼저 알려주셔서 제가 따라하기도 쉽고, 만들기도 쉽게 알려주십니다. 그러면서 점점 제 문장만드는 실력도 느는것 같고, 리스닝은 물론, 스피킹도 점점 느는게 느껴져서 영어수업이 너무 재밌습니다. 선생님이 에너지도 있으셔서 수업을 끝나면 저도 기분이 좋아져있어요.!!! 그래서 항상 수업을 기다리게 됩니다 ^^ 마리아 쌤 사랑해요 ♡

She was always punctual, prepared for the lecture, and taught easily. Because of her professional attitude, I could learn English thoroughly and wanted to achieve the next level. Second, she takes care of students with her heart. She always cheered me up when I felt frustrated in learning English. Besides, she precisely pointed out my weak points and what I should give extra efforts. And lastly, she is a good person. 아론샘 발음이 정말 좋아서 수업이 의외로 너무 좋았어요~ 근데 아쉽게도 이제 2회수업만 남아 있네요~ 선생님의 개인사정으로 수업을 할수 없게 되어 너무 아쉬워요~ 샘 늘 건강하시고 앞으로도 좋은일들만 가득하시길~~
