Training”

(Core Values)

Amigotalk Vision, Mission & Teaching Philosophy

“Train the reflex, touch the heart.”

1️⃣ Why We Exist

Amigotalk is not just another online English company.
We are here to help people be reborn through language.

Our purpose is simple but powerful:

To make English react from the body, not from the brain.

We don’t teach English as knowledge —
we train it as a reflex through repetition, rhythm, and relationship.
But we also believe that this process should be the happiest and warmest learning experience a student can have.

2️⃣ Awakening the Automatic Reflex

In Amigotalk, students don’t “study” English —
they train their bodies to react in English.

Through continuous repetition, English becomes automatic —
just like driving a car or playing an instrument.

Callan gives us the structure,
but Amigotalk gives it soul.

We are not a conversation class;
we are a training system that helps English become second nature.
That’s why Amigotalk isn’t a language school —
it’s a habit-forming training center for real speaking transformation.

3️⃣ The Role of the Teacher:

“You’re not just teaching — you’re training.”

In most English classes, the teacher explains and leaves the practice to the student:

“I’ve taught you. Now review by yourself.”

But 90% of students fail in that model.
They understand, but they can’t perform.

At Amigotalk, we do it differently.
We don’t leave students alone after teaching — we train together.

We stay beside them until the language becomes part of their reflex.
That’s what “Amigo” means —
a warm friend who trains beside you, encourages you, and celebrates every small victory.

We are trainers, coaches, and companions — not lecturers.

4️⃣ The RSP Philosophy

While Callan provides the structure,
Amigotalk adds its own heart — the RSP Principle.

When we connect (Rapport),
when we smile with warmth (Smile),
and when we praise with sincerity (Praise),
we activate the student’s hidden potential.
That’s when transformation truly happens.

5️⃣ Core Values

Amigotalk is not military training —
it’s a warm, human coaching system where students grow through care and repetition.

6️⃣ What We Expect from Every Teacher

If a student’s English is not improving,
time alone cannot be the solution.
We must take responsibility for the result, not just the process.

At Amigotalk, you are not a passive instructor —
you are a performance coach.

So please remember three commitments:

1. Analyze each student’s current level – Understand where they truly stand.

2. Coach their weaknesses actively – Identify where they get stuck, fix it, and re-train.

3. Never stop improving yourself – Your pronunciation, tone, and teaching rhythm must evolve.

If a teacher’s own growth stops, the student’s growth will stop too.
That’s not who we are.

Amigotalk has no reason to exist if our students stay the same.

7️⃣ Innovation with Empathy

We respect the Callan rules,
but we prioritize the student’s growth and happiness above everything else.

If a student doesn’t understand a sentence,
and needs more than three repetitions,
we don’t stop just because the rule says so.

We repeat until the student gets it.
Because our mission is not to follow a system —
our mission is to make real transformation happen.

That’s the Amigotalk difference:
we are result-driven, student-centered, and emotionally intelligent.

8️⃣ Where We’re Going

We are building a future where every student can see their progress —
through data, videos, and visual growth tracking.

But no technology will ever replace human connection.
That’s why you, our teachers,
are the soul of this company.

Every 25-minute session you give with love and energy
has the power to change someone’s next 25 years.

Our mission will never change:

To awaken each person’s natural English reflex, in the happiest way possible.

❤️ Final Message

You are not here to teach English.
You are here to unlock human potential through English.

When your student smiles after finally speaking a full sentence with confidence —
that’s not just progress. That’s transformation.

That is what Amigotalk stands for.

We train the reflex,
we inspire the mind,
and we touch the heart.

That’s Amigotalk.
